Gold Comment Non-Alcoholic Hefeweizen

We have a beautiful honey amber beer with a dense, compact and creamy foam in the glass. The smell reminds of ripe bananas and some honey, a good estery profile.

The drink starts with pear, apple and banana notes and continues with a surprising fullness. We taste the banana again, combined with some malty, bready notes.
Our beer has a fairly dry and sweet finish, it is not oversaturated in the process.

Overall, a confident, compelling beer with good "drinkability", a perfect choice in a non-alcoholic Hefeweizen.
