Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu | GER

"The beer with the famous brewing water". It comes from its own springs in the nature reserve and is one of the softest and purest waters. Elaborate processes are used. The "Ambrosius" abbey beer is brewed using the decoction process, exclusively with cone hops. Brewmaster Hans-Martin Walz uses top-fermenting Abbey yeast from his own collection.
